I have been quite the last month for a couple of reasons. First, i've been trying to figure out how I want this blog to fit into my business plan. What role do I want it to play? How often will I post? What direction do I want it to take?
Needless to say, i've had a lot of questions to answer and I think i'm starting to figure it out. I'm sure this is the route many bloggers take to figure out where they want to be in the blogging world.
Second, i've had another craft fair event so I had some prepping to do for it (although I didn't have that much to do since my first event didn't exactly sell out). This was my awesome display....i rocked it!
Sadly, this one didn't go all that well either. There was very little traffic. I have learned that I just need to focus on events I can find in cold months closer to Christmas.
As long I learned something then it wasn't a waste of time!
And finally, i've been pattern writing. It's crossed my mind before but I always thought "nah, i'm not that good" or "i don't have any good ideas". Well I quieted that little voice and went for it.
Say "hello" to my very first pattern!!!
The pattern is available (and on sale through Tuesday) through my pattern shops:
